The Boeing Store is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy for most unused, unwashed, and original-condition merchandise. Please note that certain items, such as customized apparel or final sale collectibles, may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
